This Small Velvet Rug measures approximately 50 x 90cm and is woven in India from a soft blend of cotton, rayon, and acrylic fabric, giving it a plush, velvet-like finish in a compact size.

Symbolism

The same blended-fibre weaving used for our larger velvet rugs goes into this smaller piece, creating a dense, plush pile without the cost of pure silk. It suits a bedside, small hallway, or reading nook where a touch of extra softness is welcome.

  • Vacuum regularly on a low setting to keep the pile soft
  • Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid soaking
  • Do not machine wash
  • Keep out of strong, direct sunlight for long periods
