Who you buy from

These terms govern purchases of physical goods from karmagick.com. Mandatory consumer protections apply in addition to these terms. You must have the legal capacity to place the order or the necessary authorisation.

Placing and keeping your order

The product page describes the goods and their main characteristics. Before paying, review the selected items, quantities, delivery address, shipping charge and total in the cart and checkout. You can correct them before submitting the order. Submitting an order using the payment button creates an obligation to pay.

The sales contract is concluded when you complete checkout and our order confirmation is issued to the email address you provide. Keep that email and a copy of these terms. You can view your order in your customer account or contact us for assistance. The store is available in the languages offered by its language selector.

If an item becomes unavailable or we identify an error that prevents us from fulfilling the order, we contact you. We do not substitute an item or charge an additional amount without your agreement. If the affected purchase cannot be fulfilled, we reimburse the amount due without undue delay.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in euros. The checkout shows the final amount payable, including applicable taxes and any delivery charge, before you confirm payment. No additional charge is imposed without your express agreement. Discounts apply only under the conditions shown for the offer.

You can use the payment methods actually offered to you at checkout; their availability can depend on your country, device and provider. Payment is processed through the selected provider. We do not apply a payment-method surcharge. An order may be reviewed for payment or fraud concerns without limiting your legal rights.

Delivery

We deliver to the destinations enabled at checkout. The shipping policy explains charges and exclusions. Available delivery estimates appear during purchase; they are estimates unless a binding delivery date is expressly agreed.

Unless we agree another delivery period with you, goods must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days after conclusion of the contract. If delivery is late, your statutory rights to require delivery within an appropriate additional period or, where applicable, to end the contract and obtain reimbursement remain unaffected.

We remain responsible for the parcel until you or your nominated recipient, other than the carrier, take physical possession, subject to the statutory exception for a carrier independently commissioned by you. Contact us if a parcel is lost or damaged. A missing delivery reservation does not automatically remove your rights.

Withdrawal and returns

Consumers normally have 14 days from receipt of the last item in an order to withdraw without giving a reason. Use the return or cancellation action in your customer account, or notify us by email or post. The returns and refund policy gives the full procedure, return address, costs, legal exceptions and optional withdrawal form. Ordinary change-of-mind return postage is paid by you; statutory remedies for faulty goods are at no cost to you.

Legal guarantee

Goods must conform to the contract. Consumers have the mandatory legal guarantee, at least 2 years from delivery, with more favourable national rights preserved. Repair or replacement is free of charge; reduction of the price or termination and refund is available where the legal conditions are met. Natural variations described on a product page do not exclude protection where the delivered goods are non-conforming.

Complaints and disputes

Send a complaint to support@karmagick.com or to our postal or certified email address above. Include the order details and what went wrong. You can find information about recognised alternative dispute resolution bodies on the European Commission consumer redress website. This link does not state that we have joined a particular scheme or that you must use one before exercising your rights.

Italian law governs the contract. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, this choice does not deprive you of the mandatory protection applicable there. Consumer jurisdiction rules apply; these terms do not impose exclusive jurisdiction at the seller's location.

Personal data and updates

The privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. We may update these terms for future purchases. Changes do not retroactively alter a concluded order or reduce mandatory rights.
