Delivery is free once your basket passes the amount below. The threshold is different in each country because the carriers charge us different amounts.

Below the threshold
Under those amounts, delivery is calculated on the weight of the parcel and appears at checkout with the total. Heavy things — salt lamps, stone statues, boxed sets — cost more to send than a packet of incense, and we would rather show you the real number than bury it in the price of every product.
Where the parcel comes from
Orders are packed and dispatched from a European warehouse, so there are no customs formalities and no import charges anywhere in the EU. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves.
Places we cannot reach
Our carriers do not serve some island regions, and rather than take an order we cannot fulfil we have switched them off at checkout: Sicily and Sardinia in Italy, the Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla in Spain, and the Azores and Madeira in Portugal. If you live in one of them and want something from us, write to us and we will see what can be arranged.
If something goes wrong
Parcels get lost, and sometimes a box arrives with a corner crushed. Tell us on the contact page, with a photograph if there is damage, and we will sort it out. See also returns.
