Orders and delivery

Where do you ship?
To twenty-five countries in the European Union, from a European warehouse. The full list, and the amount at which delivery becomes free in each country, is on the shipping page.

How much is delivery?
It depends on the weight of the parcel and on where it is going. The exact figure appears at checkout before you pay, and it is free above the threshold for your country.

Can I track the parcel?
Yes. A tracking link is emailed to you when the parcel leaves the warehouse.

Will I pay customs or import charges?
No. Everything ships from inside the EU.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Write to us straight away on the contact page. If the parcel has not left, we can usually still stop it. If it has, the fourteen-day return covers you.

The products

Are the crystals real stone?
The ones sold as gemstone are real stone, cut and polished; where a piece is resin, glass or reconstituted material, the product page says so. Natural stone varies: colour, banding and size differ from piece to piece, and the photograph shows one example rather than the exact item you will receive.

Do these objects do anything?
We write about what they have meant to people, in the traditions they come from, because that is the interesting part and the honest one. None of it is a medical or psychological claim, and nothing we sell is a medicine or a substitute for one.

Is the incense safe to burn indoors?
Burn it in a holder made for it, on a heatproof surface, away from anything that catches, in a room with some air moving. Never leave it lit and unattended, and keep it out of reach of children and animals. The same goes for candles and charcoal discs.

Are the essential oils for the skin?
Only where the product page says so. Undiluted essential oils are not for direct skin contact and are not for swallowing. Follow what is written on the bottle.
