Yes. We email you a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

No. Every order ships from inside the EU, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Pieces sold as gemstone are natural stone, cut and polished; when a piece is resin, glass or reconstituted material, the product page says so. Natural stone varies in colour, pattern and size, so the photo shows one example rather than the exact piece you'll receive.

No. They reach you exactly as they leave the warehouse, and we'd rather tell you so honestly. Many people like to cleanse a new stone before working with it, each in their own way.

The gentlest ways suit almost every stone: pass it through the smoke of sage, palo santo or incense, let it rest in the sound of a singing bowl, or leave it on a windowsill under the full moon or on a piece of selenite. Be careful with water, which damages selenite, halite and other soft or porous stones, and with strong sunlight, which fades amethyst, rose quartz and fluorite.

Burn it in a holder made for the purpose, on a heat-proof surface, away from anything flammable, in a room with some fresh air. Never leave it burning unattended, and keep it out of reach of children and pets. The same goes for candles and charcoal discs.

Only diluted, and only where the product page says so. Pure essential oils aren't meant for direct contact with the skin and must never be swallowed. Always follow the label, and ask your doctor first if you're pregnant.

In the traditions they come from, they are companions for intention, meditation and ritual, and that's how we present them. They aren't medicines and don't replace medical or psychological care. What they can offer is a way to pause, to focus and to mark the moments that matter.
