The chakra system
The Seven Chakras
Chakra means wheel: seven turning centres of energy, from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Use the map to notice where you feel open and where you feel stuck, then bring breath, attention and ritual to each in turn. Begin wherever you're drawn: it's a circle, not a ladder.
