This small burner is made from polished brass, cut with star-shaped vents and topped with the Om symbol. Three chains meet at a central loop for hanging.
Symbolism
Om is traditionally associated with peace and unity in Hindu and yogic practice, and is often chanted or displayed to centre the mind before meditation.
How to use
- Hang from a hook or stand using the central loop
- Place resin, a cone, or lit charcoal inside on a heatproof base
- Smoke drifts out through the star cutouts as it burns
- Hang away from curtains and flammable items, and never leave unattended
