Wintergreen, Oregano & Thyme Hand & Body Lotion 250 ml
A light, oil-rich lotion for hands and body, scented only with essential oils. The base is sunflower and avocado oil carried in water, so it spreads easily and sinks in without leaving a film. The scent is green and bracing: wintergreen first, with oregano and thyme underneath.
Spiritual meaning
All three plants have long histories in European herb lore. Thyme was burned as a purifying smoke and carried as a token of courage; oregano takes its name from the Greek for joy of the mountain and was hung in the house as a protective herb. Wintergreen is an evergreen creeper of North American woodland, brewed as a winter tea long before it reached perfumery, and it is traditionally associated with endurance and fresh starts.
How to use
- Smooth a small amount into clean, dry skin, morning or evening.
- For external use only. Keep away from the eyes and from broken skin.
- Try a little on a small patch of skin first, especially if your skin reacts easily: the blend naturally contains linalool and limonene.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a healthcare professional before using products scented with essential oils.
- Keep out of reach of children. Store closed, away from direct sunlight.
