Spiritual meaning
Tri Datu thread combines three colours that in Balinese Hindu tradition symbolise the bond between the three stages of life: birth, life and death. Tri means three, and Datu refers to strength, so Tri Datu is understood as the power of three strengths, linked to the three divine forces of creation, preservation and transformation. Worn as a bracelet, it is traditionally seen as a way to keep the wearer connected to this cycle and to help maintain perspective through life's changes.
