To use it, you'll need
You sound this smaller gong at the start of a home meditation, letting its bright, clear tone settle the room before you begin. Finished in a soft greenwash and set on a carved wooden stand, this compact gong is made in Bali, in keeping with a tradition of gongs sounded during temple ceremonies in Bali and Java.
Spiritual meaning
In Balinese and Javanese tradition, the gong is used to mark ceremonies and gatherings, its tone believed by many to help clear a space and settle the mind. Its smaller size makes it well suited to personal practice, yoga corners or quiet meditation rooms.
