Part of a daily skincare ritual, rose geranium is often chosen as a gentler alternative to rose itself, at a fraction of the cost. This blend combines Pelargonium graveolens with a touch of rose, grown on Reunion Island, giving it the rosy-green character the region is known for.
Energetic properties
Reunion, once called Bourbon Island, became famous among perfumers for the particularly fine geranium oil grown there, still referred to in the trade as "Bourbon geranium". In aromatherapy tradition the scent is associated with emotional balance, and it blends easily with florals, citrus or wood oils.
How to use
- Blend a few drops into a carrier oil for the skin
- Patch test on a small area before wider use
- Add a few drops to a diffuser
- Not for internal use
- Keep out of reach of children and pets
