To use it, you'll need
You notice the drum's black finish first, clean and understated, then the coloured chakra symbols come into focus as you move closer. Tap a tongue and the sound follows the same pattern: quiet at a distance, more detailed up close, with a rounded tone that sits low and steady.
Spiritual meaning
The seven chakras are a well known concept in Indian spiritual tradition, referring to energy centres said to run along the body. Many practitioners use sound and colour together during meditation, and the chakra symbols here are intended as a visual companion to the grounding tones of the drum.
