To use it, you'll need
Shaped as an angel figure, this Himalayan salt lamp measures approximately 3 x 5 x 7 in and is made from a single piece of natural rock salt, so the exact shading and shape vary slightly between pieces. It comes complete with a light fitting, bulb and EU plug.
Symbolism
Angel figures are widely used in spiritual and devotional decor as a symbol of protection and comfort, and pairing that shape with Himalayan salt, traditionally associated in crystal lore with negative ions and a calming atmosphere, makes this a popular piece for a bedroom shelf or quiet corner.
How to use
- Plug into a standard EU socket using the fitting and bulb supplied
- Switch on regularly, especially in damp weather, to help keep the salt dry
- Stand on a stable surface away from water and very humid rooms
