To use it, you'll need
Tall glass panels rise to a peaked brass frame in this lantern-shaped terrarium, giving it a more vertical profile than the geometric shapes in this range. It measures approximately 9.5 x 9.5 x 20 cm and is made in China from glass and brass.
Symbolism
Lantern shapes are often linked with light and guidance, a fitting association for a clear glass piece designed to let light reach whatever sits inside it. The height also suits a taller plant or a trailing stem better than the shorter geometric terrariums in the same range.
How to use
- Stand on a side table, shelf or windowsill where its height can be appreciated.
- Use to house a small plant, air plant or dried arrangement, or leave it as a standalone display piece.
- Wipe the glass with a soft, dry cloth and keep the brass frame dry to slow natural tarnishing.

Ask about this piece
Size, materials, how it's traditionally used, whether two pieces work well together: ask, and a real person will answer. Natural stone and handmade pieces vary a little, so the photo shows one example rather than the exact piece you'll receive. Write to us.
