Fragrance Enhancing Solution 1 Litre

Fragrance Enhancing Solution is a diffuser base made with Glycol Ether DPM, supplied in a 1 litre bottle. It works as a carrier and diluent for fragrance, letting you stretch and reinforce a fragrance oil or essential oil across a larger blend rather than being a scent on its own.
