Before sitting down to work, or partway through a long task, you can open this small pot and take a few slow breaths. It blends Himalayan salt with peppermint, rosemary, lemongrass and grapefruit essential oils, designed to be kept close at a desk or in a bag for a quick pause.
Traditional use
Herbal inhalations have been used for generations as a simple way to shift attention and mood, and peppermint and rosemary in particular are traditionally associated with alertness and clarity.
How to use
- Open the lid and hold it a short distance from your nose
- Breathe in slowly two or three times
- Close tightly after use to keep the scent fresh
- Do not apply directly to skin or ingest
