Symbolism
Dowsing with a pendulum is a practice many trace back thousands of years, traditionally linked with ancient Egyptian and Chinese diviners who used weighted objects to seek answers, find water or locate lost things. Today it is still used for meditation, energy work and simple yes or no questions.
How to use
- Hold the chain loosely between your thumb and forefinger and let the pendulum settle before you begin
- Ask clear yes or no questions, or work with a pendulum chart
- Cleanse it from time to time and store it somewhere safe between sessions
