Palo Santo has long been used in South American traditions to clear a space and mark it as fresh and settled, traditionally associated with grounding, positivity, and a sense of renewal. The resin form is a way of enjoying that familiar sweet, woody aroma without needing wood splints.
How to use
- Place a small amount of resin on a lit charcoal disc in a heatproof burner or censer filled with sand or ash
- Let it smoulder gently, topping up the resin as the scent softens
- Never leave burning incense unattended, and keep it away from children, pets, and flammable materials
- Burn in a well-ventilated room and let the burner cool fully before clearing the ash
