Energetic properties
Lavender and sweet orange are the classic pairing for the end of the day, one calm and herbaceous, the other bright and sweet. In folk and aromatherapy traditions lavender is associated with rest, cleansing and protection, and salt itself has been used for purification in many cultures, from ritual bathing to a line of it across a threshold. A bath is one of the simplest ways to mark the end of the working day.
How to use
- Add one or two generous handfuls to a warm, running bath and let the salts dissolve.
- Keep the container closed and dry between uses.
- For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and do not use on broken skin.
- Try it on a small area first if your skin is sensitive: the blend contains limonene, linalool, geraniol and citral.
- Keep out of reach of children, and take care, as bath products can make the tub slippery.
