Tangerine 50ml Essential Oil
Midway through a long morning at your desk, you tip a few drops of tangerine oil into the diffuser for a short break before going back to work. Cold-expressed from the peel of Citrus reticulata, this 50ml bottle has a sweet, tangy citrus scent close to orange, and naturally contains d-limonene, one of the compounds typical of citrus peel oils.
Energetic properties
Citrus oils are traditionally associated with lightness and with lifting a low mood, and tangerine in particular is often chosen over sharper citrus oils for a softer, rounder scent. Many people keep it near a desk or a reading corner for this reason.
How to use
- Add three to five drops to a diffuser or oil burner.
- Dilute in a carrier oil before any skin contact, and patch test first.
- Do not ingest.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Ask a doctor before use during pregnancy.
- Citrus oils can increase skin sensitivity to sunlight, so avoid direct sun on treated skin.
