Dried orange slices sit across the top of this hand-poured soap bar, finished with a zesty citrus essential oil fragrance. The scent is bright and clean, closer to fresh-cut orange peel than a sweet dessert fragrance.
Symbolism
Citrus fruits are widely associated with energy and a fresh start across folk tradition, often used to mark the beginning of the day rather than its close. The orange slice on top keeps that association visible as well as fragrant, a small reminder of the scent before it even touches water.
How to use
- Wet the bar and work it into a lather between your hands or over a cloth.
