This silver angel bell pendant carries the name Night-time, one of a series of bells crafted in Bali using 925 silver. The pendant measures 18mm across and hangs from a neck cord finished with silver detail and a clasp.
Spiritual meaning
In Balinese tradition, angel bells are made near the sacred mountain of Ubud, a place regarded as deeply spiritual. Each bell is given a name, and it is said that knowing the name gives the piece its own meaning and purpose. The gentle sound of the bell as it moves is traditionally thought to bring to mind the presence of angels, and many people wear one hoping it draws attention from higher beings. A bell such as this is often given and received as a gift from the heart.
How to use
- Wear the pendant on its cord as an everyday necklace
- Let the bell move naturally so it can produce its soft chime
- Give it as a meaningful gift, sharing the bell's name with the person who receives it
Care
- Store away from moisture to keep the silver from tarnishing
- Polish gently with a soft cloth
