This large round rug is hand-woven in India from natural jute and recycled cotton sari fabric, so its colours and pattern are unique to each piece. It spans 150 cm and weighs approximately 4.7 kg, substantial enough to define a seating area or bedroom floor. Weaving reclaimed sari off-cuts together with jute continues a long-standing Indian tradition of combining natural fibres with reused textiles.
