Pine Pure Fragrance Oil - 500ml
Pine pure fragrance oil comes undiluted in a generous 500ml bottle, made for scenting a room, candle or soap rather than skin. True to its name, it takes its character from evergreen needles, fresh and resinous rather than sweet.
Symbolism
Evergreen trees have long stood for endurance and protection through the darkest months, kept green when little else in the garden is. Pine in particular is closely tied to midwinter tradition, brought indoors as a sign that life continues through the cold.
How to use
- A few drops in an oil burner over a tea light bring a fresh, woody scent indoors
- Use a heat-resistant burner and never leave a burning flame unattended
- Add to candle wax or soap base during making, to the maker's own recipe
- A drop or two refreshes potpourri that has faded
- Keep out of reach of children and pets, and away from the eyes
