Natural Soap Bag - Sisal
Woven from sisal, a fibre from the agave plant, this small soap bag closes with a drawstring toggle and holds a bar of soap while you wash. The coarser sisal weave adds a gentle exfoliating texture as you lather.
Symbolism
Sisal has traditionally been used for rope and woven goods thanks to its strength, and that same texture translates well to a light scrub against the skin. Once the soap inside wears down, the bag can be reused with a fresh bar, making it a small, reusable gift on its own.
How to use
- Place a bar of soap inside and pull the toggle closed
- Wet the bag and work it into a lather over the skin
- Rinse and hang it up to dry between uses
- Replace the soap inside once it is used up
