Symbolism
The name comes from Kao-Ling, a hill in China where the clay was first mined for use in porcelain, long before it became a staple of skin care routines around the world. It remains one of the gentlest and most widely used clays in that older tradition.
How to use
- Mix a small amount of powder with water until smooth
- Apply to clean, dry skin and leave until the paste dries, about 10 to 15 minutes
- Rinse off with lukewarm water and pat dry
