Spiritual meaning
Frankincense has traditionally been used in offerings, or puja, across the Himalayan region. In this tradition it is thought to help clear the mind and heighten awareness of self during meditation, while creating an aura of positive energy around the space where it burns.
How to use
- Stand the incense stick in the brass holder, on a heatproof surface
- Light the tip, allow it to catch, then blow out the flame so it smoulders gently
- Never leave burning incense unattended and keep away from children and pets
- Keep the room ventilated while it burns
