Recovery is a menthol-based Epsom bath salt from Greenman Rituals, blending cooling peppermint and eucalyptus with lavender and a mix of herbs including basil, thyme and parsley leaf. It is often used as an evening soak after a long or physically active day.
Epsom salt, chemically magnesium sulfate, has been added to bathwater for generations as a simple way to make a soak feel more substantial, paired here with Dead Sea salt and a herbal essential oil blend for a crisp, spa-like scent.
How to use
- Add a generous handful to warm running bath water and stir to help it dissolve
- Soak for fifteen to twenty minutes
- For external bathing use only, and rinse off if any irritation occurs
