This wall hanging is handmade in Nepal from soft, colourful felt, with a line of unicorn shapes strung along approximately 110 cm. As each piece is cut and stitched by hand from felt, small variations in colour, shape and exact size are normal between pieces.
Symbolism
The unicorn is a long-standing figure in myth and children's stories, traditionally associated with magic, purity and wonder, making it a popular motif for a child's room.
How to use
Hang it along a nursery or bedroom wall as a lightweight decorative feature; a small hook or pin is enough to support the felt. It is made for display rather than play, and is not intended as a children's toy.
