When the morning feels slow to start, or the afternoon dip sets in, this smelling salt is meant to be opened and breathed in for a quick lift. It combines Himalayan salt with a citrus blend of lemon, orange and grapefruit essential oils, held in a small pot you can keep on a desk or carry in a bag.

How to use
- Open the lid and hold the pot a short distance from your nose
- Breathe in slowly two or three times
- Close tightly after use to preserve the scent
