Out in the kitchen garden on a late afternoon, the feathery dill plant is a familiar sight, and this oil captures its sharper, more concentrated side. Steam-distilled from the seeds of Anethum graveolens in Hungary, it has a warm, herbaceous, faintly caraway-like smell.
