This large Bali dreamcatcher takes a teardrop shape, with a frame measuring 30 x 40 cm and a total hanging length of around 50 cm. Multiple coloured feathers and strands hang from the woven web, family-made in Bali using quality materials.
Spiritual meaning
In Native American tradition, the dreamcatcher's web is said to let good dreams slip through while bad dreams are caught and fade with the first light of morning. The craft has since been embraced and reworked by Balinese artisans, who bring their own colours and materials to each piece.
