This 100ml room mist blends Thyme and Spearmint essential oils in a light water-based spray, for scenting a room or freshening bed linen.

Thyme has a stimulating, herbal character traditionally associated with alertness and a clear mind. Spearmint, bright and cooling, is often linked in aromatherapy tradition to a lighter, more cheerful mood. Combined, the two oils are blended into a mist that many people use during the day when a fresh, awake atmosphere is wanted.
How to use
- Shake gently before use
- Spray above the head or into the air of a room
- Spritz lightly onto bed linen if desired
- Avoid direct contact with eyes and keep away from open flame
