Fellberry is one of the fruitier scents in the Agnes + Cat soap-on-a-rope range, made in Britain and hung from a woven cord so it stays close to hand in the shower.

Symbolism

The name recalls the fells and hedgerows of the British countryside, where wild berries are traditionally gathered in late summer. Berry scents in general carry a long association with the harvest season and with hedgerow foraging, a homely counterpart to the more exotic citrus and floral notes found elsewhere in the range.

How to use

  • Hang the bar by its cord where it can drain between uses.
  • Work the wet soap between the hands or over a flannel to build a lather, then rinse.
  • Keep it out of standing water so the bar lasts longer.

Ask about this piece

Measurements, materials, how a thing is meant to be used, whether two pieces go together: ask and a person answers. Natural stone and hand-made work vary from piece to piece, so the photograph shows one example rather than the exact item. Write to us.
