Agnes + Cat's Provence bar is a castor oil solid shampoo pressed into a compact block, styled after the herbal, lavender-leaning scents associated with the south of France.

Symbolism

Lavender fields and herbal gardens are strongly linked with Provence in the popular imagination, and that regional association is often used in perfumery to suggest a slower, more relaxed pace. Naming a wash bar after the region borrows that same mood for an everyday routine.
