Symbolism
The seven chakra colours are traditionally used as a map of the body's energy centres, and dowsing itself is a practice many trace back thousands of years, historically linked with ancient Egyptian and Chinese diviners. How to use
- Hold the chain loosely between your thumb and forefinger and let the pendulum settle before you begin
- Move it slowly over a chakra chart, or ask clear yes or no questions
- Cleanse it occasionally and store it somewhere safe between sessions
