Energetic properties
Cornmint is traditionally considered an energising, clarifying scent in aromatherapy lore, often chosen to sharpen focus during study or work. Many people use it sparingly, since its cooling intensity is much stronger than garden mint.
How to use
- Add one or two drops to a diffuser, as the scent is very strong
- Always dilute well in a carrier oil before skin contact, and patch test first
- Do not ingest, and keep out of reach of children and pets
