Symbolism
Eucalyptus brings a sharp, cool note traditionally associated with a clearing lift, while ginger is generally linked with warmth and vitality in folk herbalism, and together with white sage the three are traditionally used for an energising start rather than a calming close to the day.
How to use
- Light the tip until it catches, then blow out the flame so the bundle smoulders and smokes rather than burns with an open flame.
- Carry it in a heatproof dish, moving slowly so the smoke has time to drift into corners.
- Keep it away from children and pets, never leave it unattended, and ventilate the room.
