After lunch on a warm day, a drop of Spearmint oil in the diffuser brings a sweet, cooling, minty scent into the room, gentler and rounder than peppermint. Steam-distilled from the herb Mentha spicata grown in China, spearmint has long been used across Mediterranean and Asian cooking and gardens.

How to use
