Rooibos has been drunk in South Africa for generations, valued as a caffeine-free alternative to black tea and often reached for after meals. How to use
- Use 2 to 3 grams per 200 ml of water
- Heat water to around 95°C
- Let stand for 4 to 5 minutes
- Strain and drink warm
