Natural Loofah Back Scrub Strap
This back scrub strap is woven from natural loofah with a cotton edge, long enough to reach across the back while showering. Wet it and work it over the skin to lightly exfoliate as part of a normal wash.
Symbolism
Loofah comes from the dried, fibrous interior of a gourd, and has been used as a natural exfoliating sponge in many bathing traditions for generations. Many people treat this kind of light scrubbing as a small act of renewal at the start or end of the day.
How to use
- Wet the strap and work it into a light lather with soap or shower gel
- Hold an end in each hand and move it across the back
- Rinse thoroughly and hang it up to dry between uses
- Replace it once the fibres start to soften or fray
