A smaller companion to the medium version, this bowl is made from coloured molten glass melted over a natural Gamal wood root. Handcrafted in Bali from 100% recycled glass, it keeps the same warm tint and organic base in a more compact size, suited to a side table, bathroom shelf or windowsill.
Symbolism
Balinese artisans treat this glass-and-wood pairing as a small act of adaptation: the molten glass settles into whatever shape the root offers, rather than being poured into a fixed mould. Many people see this as a quiet symbol of flexibility and fit. How to use
