This 18 cm angel is hand-carved from mango wood and finished with a soft whitewash, with a star-shaped cut-out at its centre standing in for light and guidance. Natural grain and careful carving give each piece its own character.
Stars carried by angel figures are a familiar symbol across many traditions, generally read as light, hope or guidance. The whitewash finish keeps the look rustic, suited to both festive and everyday styling, and works well grouped with other whitewashed pieces.
