How to use
- Add a few drops to an oil burner or electric diffuser
- Add a small amount, once diluted in a carrier oil, to bathwater
- Dilute in a carrier oil before applying to the temples or skin
- Add a drop to pillows or bedding away from the face
- Keep away from eyes, broken skin, children and pets
- Do not ingest; seek medical advice if pregnant or nursing
