This macrame angel is hand-woven from rainbow-coloured cotton threads in mountain villages in Indonesia, and comes with a small leaflet in a gift box. As each angel is woven by hand in a small home workshop, small differences in the exact thread pattern are normal between pieces.
Symbolism
Across many cultures a rainbow appearing after a storm is traditionally read as a sign of better times ahead, and the Rainbow Angel is often given to mark a fresh start or a new chapter in life.
How to use
Hang it from a door handle, wardrobe knob or bag as a small decorative charm, or give it as a gift in its box.
