Symbolism
In Moroccan hammams, ghassoul clay is traditionally mixed into a paste and worked through the hair and skin as part of a long, unhurried washing ritual. Using the powder at home borrows that same slow pace, even away from the hammam itself.
How to use
- Mix a small amount of powder with water until it forms a smooth paste
- Apply to the skin or hair and leave for about 10 to 15 minutes
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water
