Made from a springy mix of sisal, jute and cotton cording, this back scrub is noticeably bouncier underhand than a flat woven strap.
Symbolism
Sisal and jute are both plant fibres with a long history of being twisted into cord and rope, and here that same twisted, springy structure is put to work as a bath scrub instead.
How to use
- Hold an end in each hand and draw the scrub across the back on damp skin
- Rinse it after each use and hang it fully open to dry
- For external use only; stop if the skin feels irritated
- Let it dry completely between uses to keep it fresh
