Symbolism
Hand block printing is a Rajasthani craft, carved wooden blocks stamped one colour at a time. The small notebook is where a practice usually begins, with a dream, a list or a date.
How to use
- One for dreams, one for the bag, one to give away.
- Unlined pages: write, sketch or plan across the spread.
- Test a new pen first. Handmade paper is absorbent and ink can show through.
- Keep them away from damp. Cotton covers mark if they get wet.
