Bergamot FCF Essential Oil 50ml
While towel-drying after a morning shower, a drop or two of bergamot on a diffuser pad is enough to fill the bathroom with its bright citrus smell. This FCF version is cold-expressed from the peel of Citrus bergamia and further processed to remove the furanocoumarins naturally present in the raw peel oil.
Energetic properties
Bergamot has flavoured Earl Grey tea and Italian perfumery for generations, and its sharp, sweet-citrus note is traditionally associated with lifted spirits and an easier mind. Many people keep it near a desk or reading chair for exactly that reason, using it as a bright counterpoint to heavier, woodier oils in a blend.
How to use
- Use a few drops in a diffuser or oil burner
- Dilute in a carrier oil before applying to skin, and patch test first
- Avoid direct sun on treated skin, even in FCF form
- Not for internal use
- Keep away from children and pets
