Sweetgrass, also known as Seneca Grass, has long been burned in Native ceremony to promote happiness, harmony, and connection with the spiritual world. It is often used after white sage smudging, following the cleanse with a wave of positivity. The smoke is traditionally believed to carry prayers upward while filling a space with warmth. The frog symbol on the box is traditionally linked to good luck, rain, and rebirth.
How to use
