Banjara
Banjara Tree Resin Incense - Myrrh
Light a charcoal disc, add a piece of resin, and let the warm, earthy smoke of myrrh settle into the room while you sit with a book or a moment of quiet. Banjara's Myrrh resin incense keeps the scent close to its raw, ancient form.
Spiritual meaning
Myrrh has been burned for thousands of years across many cultures, traditionally associated with grounding, protection, and reflection. It is often used alongside frankincense in ceremonial settings, but on its own it carries a deeper, more resinous note favoured for solitary practice and quiet spaces.
How to use
- Place a small amount of resin on a lit charcoal disc in a heatproof burner or censer with sand or ash
- Allow it to smoulder slowly rather than flame, refreshing as the aroma fades
- Never leave burning incense unattended, and keep it away from children, pets, and anything flammable
- Burn in a well-aired room and let the burner cool completely before clearing it out
Details
- Contains resin, essential oils, herbs, natural sap, gums, and other botanicals

Ask about this piece
Measurements, materials, how a thing is meant to be used, whether two pieces go together: ask and a person answers. Natural stone and hand-made work vary from piece to piece, so the photograph shows one example rather than the exact item. Write to us.
